my favourite catoon

 I have watched so many cartoons since I was about two years old. But one cartoon character is my favourite. Its none other than Garfield in the cartoon The Garfield Show.

The fat orange cat Garfield is the main character in it. It was started on November 2, 2009. Garfield is an American comic strip created by Jim Davis. Originally published locally as Jon in 1976, then in nationwide syndication from 1978 as Garfield, it chronicles the life of the title character, Garfield the cat; Jon Arbuckle, his human owner; and Odie, the dog. As of 2013, it was syndicated in roughly 2,580 newspapers and journals, and held the Guinness World Record for being the world's most widely syndicated comic strip.And this fat orange cat was able to win many hearts of children all around the world along with me. Garfield eats lasagna mostly. Other than that he mostly eats pizza . Garfield’s hobby is sleeping. I reallylove that character very much

Esala perahera is  one of the most significant religious  festival in our country. Frotunatly.I had the opportunity to participate in it for several times. this procession is held in August every year . this perahera is very important than many other religious pageants as the sacred  tooth relic is taken out for the occasion and that is not limited to one day because it is held for several days. Hoverer during the festival season kandy becomes an over crowded city even at night .as well as Dalada Maligawa ,streets decorates in brilliant way .Esala perahera is including many tradition event such as dancing beating drums & singing ets .
